Staff qualifications
Spiritual maturity and safety come first.
Belong to a church
Staff members must faithfully attend a local church and live with accountability in Christian community.
Complete screening
Every staff member must pass the required background check and review child protection expectations.
Volunteer-led from the beginning
Every board member, staff member, and team leader gives their time.
